SHIPPING POLICY

We will deliver the goods ordered by you to the address you give us for delivery at the time you make your order. It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address you give us is correct and accurate and that there is somebody to sign for and take delivery of the goods from the delivery service used. Belgium orders will arrive the next business day. We work with Bpost for our Belgium orders and DHL for all international Shipping. We want to deliver a qualitative service, by paying the shipping cost you ensure that your parcel will arrive at a fast pace and in good conditions. For next day Belgium orders, please ensure it is placed before 1pm local time (GMT+1). We are unable to dispatch goods over the weekend, so any orders that are placed after 1pm on Friday, will be dispatched first thing Monday AM. Our logistics team work hard to ensure any orders are processed quickly but as a small business we are less flexible than the Amazons of the world. Once an order is placed, packed and shipped, you will be provided with a tracking code via email to keep a watchful eye on your delivery. If you have received no shipping details 48 hours after you receive a confirmation email, please contact mo9nde@gmail.com. Due to the varied nature of global customs charges, when mailing internationally, we send all orders duties unpaid (DDU). Therefore, customers are responsible for covering any duties, taxes or customs that are applicable. If you received the goods and refuse to pay duties and taxes owed, we are not able to reimburse your order.

 

OUR PACKAGING

We have made a considered effort to reduce the impact our packaging has on the environment. Our garments will arrive in eco-friendly mailing envelopes made from double-ply strong kraft paper and then posted carefully to ensure no damage is done to any of our goods.

 

TERMS OF SERVICE

MONDE 9 STUDIO provides the MONDE 9 website to our users with all the following terms and conditions. When using this site, you, the user, shall be subject to our terms and conditions in addition to those in these Terms of Use. We expressly reserve the right to change these Terms of Use from time to time without notice to you. We must receive payment in full for the price of the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been received by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order. Unless you are notified that we have not accepted your order, the order will be processed. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us.

 

PRICING AND DELIVERY

The prices payable for goods that you order are as set out in our website. All of our prices are in Euro. You will be billed in Euro and if you purchase from outside Europe, currency fluctuations and credit card charges may make a difference to the amount billed on your credit card. You may be required to pay extra for delivery and it might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations. Our delivery charges are set out in our website.

 

LIABILITY

We will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses (including loss of profits, business or goodwill) whatsoever arising out of any problem you notify us of under this condition and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation. You must observe and comply with all applicable regulations and legislation, including obtaining all necessary customs, import or other permits to purchase goods from our site. We make no representation and accept no liability in respect of the export or import of the goods you purchase. We cannot be held responsible for any delays once the goods have left us and are in possession of the delivery provider. You acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms of our Privacy Policy. Each and every transaction carried out is deemed to be completed within Europe and therefore shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with European Law. The terms of this charter (and any dispute, controversy, proceedings or claim of whatever nature in relation to them) shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with European Law and the Belgian Courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation thereto. These terms and conditions, together with our current website prices, delivery details, contact details and privacy policy, set out the whole of our agreement relating to the supply of the goods to you by us. From time to time our site may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors.

EVENTS BEYOND OUR CONTROL

We will not be in breach of this Agreement or otherwise liable for any delay in performance if to the extent that any delay or failure is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control including, without limitation, strikes, lockouts and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident. It is your responsibility to check regularly to determine whether the Conditions have been changed. If you do not agree to any change to the Conditions then you must immediately stop using the website.
